Charming Oisterwijk
De Tijd is located in the historic centre of Oisterwijk, with parking facilities at walking distance. Electric bicycles are easily charged, for example while sitting on one of the 100 chairs of the (heated) pavement cafe while enjoying a cup of coffee, breakfast, lunch or dinner. From here you can cycle straight to National Park the Loon and Drunen Dunes, and the Oisterwijk Woods and Meres are at walking distance. But because of Oisterwijk’s charming atmosphere - it has the highest concentration of restaurants in Brabant - you do not even have to leave the town to have a good time. With a high-quality range of shops and events such as Art in Oisterwijk, the jazz festival, the yearly market, the choir festival, open-air cinema and Wintergl’ow, there is always something to do.
Original and contemporary
De Tijd means The Time, and because of this, time has a special place in this eatery. For example, the (multilingual) menu is printed on a placemat which has different information on it every hour. Originality which can be felt everywhere; the house magazine TIJDschrift is full of interesting titbits about the company, in combination with time and history. De Tijd also offers its own house brew: De TijdGoudBlond.
