Atmospheric natural enjoyment
The special garden was designed by a master botanist, and changes with the seasons: the forest garden, butterfly valley and fruit park are in bloom at different times of the year. As well as daydreaming while enjying the scenic views and playing on the large trampoline, you can especially see, smell and taste what the garden has to offer. The various 'rooms' of the garden are connected by a barefoot path, so you can quite literally feel the garden between your toes too.
Up to eight people
Het Voorhuis has space for groups of up to eight people, and combines everything you need for a short or longer stay. Enjoy the cozy atmosphere in the authentic rooms, follow an ecological workshop in the studio space, pick herbs and flowers in the garden, or go out in the area. On horseback for example, as Het Voorhuis is ideal for horse lovers, with two stables, a pasture and a paddock.
Surroundings
At just five minutes drive from the A50, Het Voorhuis is easily accessible, and is a perfect base for visiting theme park Efteling, cities such as 's-Hertogenbosch and Eindhoven, and fortified towns like Ravenstein and Grave. That said, the garden, the playground and the neighbouring nature reserves of Herperduin and Maashorst offer more than enough recreational opportunities to enjoy your holiday.
