Perron 22 rents out a large room with its own entrance on the ground floor. This multifunctional space is suitable for holding workshops, lectures or family parties, among other things.

Vierlingsbeek is a friendly village by the river Maas. There is much to see and do in the area. History is fully visible in Vierlingsbeek. Visit the old water mill or the historic Koningskerkje church; stroll through the Jewish cemetery dating from 1771. There are many beautiful cycling and walking routes in the immediate surroundings, such as the Pieterpad runs directly along Perron 22.
Vierlingsbeek borders the Unesco biosphere reserve the Maasheggen and on the other side of the Maas is the nature reserve the Maasduinen.
